Manage customers and income

Let me share information about the feature that can help you automatically send scheduled invoices, Jessica.

As stated by my colleague, you can utilize our Recurring Transactions to schedule future invoices and send them automatically. However, this feature is only for QuickBooks Online Essentials and QuickBooks Online Plus.

If you're using either of these subscriptions, here are the steps and some screenshots for your visual reference on how to make recurring transactions:

1. Go to the Gear icon and click on Recurring Transactions, or go to Transactions on the left panel and select Recurring Transactions.

2. Click New, select your desired Transactions Type, then click OK

3. Ensure to tick the Automatically Send Emails, then continue modifying the rest of the field. Once done, click Save Template.

Moving forward, please know that the price increase in QuickBooks Online aims to ensure that businesses continue to receive exceptional benefits. These long-term benefits were customised to support business growth and enable percipient financial decision-making.

Additionally, you can check out this article to learn what to do with a recurring transaction that did not run: How to handle a recurring transaction that did not run.

Let me know if you have further concerns about sending a future invoice automatically. Keep safe.
