Hi there, @janelle14. Since QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based platform, it relies on your devices and third-party tools to bridge the gap between physical inventory and your digital books. We cannot recommend specific hardware brands or models because compatibility varies depending on your unique setup.
To manage this, you can use the QuickBooks Mobile App or a third-party application that acts as a bridge. Because the browser cannot directly control a USB scanner for complex tasks like bin tracking, the hardware essentially acts as a keyboard unless an app interface is used.
To find these apps, go to the Integrations icon, then enter the app's keyword in the Search field. When you find one, click the application to integrate it.
