You can set a default footer message for invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), so you no longer need to enter it manually.
Let me show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Account and settings.
- Click the Sales tab.
- Tap the Messages section.
- Change the default message in the Email message box if you want.
- Under Sales form, choose Invoices and other sales forms. You can then type in the notes you want to appear on the footer.
- Hit Save, then Done.
