Thanks for dropping your concern here in the thread, Andrew. Let me assist you in listing a stock with three different selling prices inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Note that there is currently no option to set three different rates for a single product in QBO. However, there is a workaround available. You can add the same product multiple times and set their rates differently. Let me show you how:
- In Sales, go to Products and Services.
- Click New and choose Non-stock or Service.
- Enter the Name and the SKU of the product.
- Select the category in the Category dropdown.
- Check the I sell this product/service to my customer's checkbox.
- Put the Sales price/rate field.
- In the Income account dropdown, select the account you want to use in tracking the sales.
- Once done, hit Save and Close.
Follow the steps below until you create three products with different prices. I suggest putting a number at the end of the item name to save without error. See the photo attached as a reference.
You can also change the product's price when adding it to a transaction.
