I'd be glad to help you amend your invoice in QuickBooks Online. You can delete the invoice transaction in the Invoicing menu. Here's how to do that:
- Go to the Invoicing menu and select Invoices.
- Locate the invoice you want to delete, then select the drop-down button under the Actions column.
- Select Delete and then confirm it by clicking Yes.
I've also added a screenshot for your reference.
Then, you can run the Profit and Loss report to see the difference before and after deleting the invoice. It should look like this:
