You cover almost every troubleshooting step in trying to fix the error. As much as I love to look into this further, the QuickBooks Community has limited tools. 

 

Since the budget feature is still unresponsive, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team again. They can further investigate the root cause of your issue and provide a fix.

 

To reach them, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select Contact us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Choose to Start a chat with a support expert. They are open starting M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AEDT. Otherwise, you can Call us starting M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AEDT.
