Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online has the features you need to complete your tasks effortlessly and get back to what you love.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your QuickBooks goals!

 

You can add attachments to your customer and supplier profiles or transactions.  Here's how to attach a document to a supplier profile; 

 

1. From the left menu, open Expenses and then Suppliers

2. Choose the supplier and then Edit

3. Scroll to the Supplier details and select Attachments at the bottom 

4. Browse and choose the file you want to attach  and hit Open
