Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. It's important you're able to change an employee's address and I'll be glad to show you how you can do this. QuickBooks offers an easy-to-navigate platform that makes it simple to make changes to your account.
You can update the employees address using these steps:
- Select the Payroll menu, then Employees.
- Select the employee's name.
- Choose Edit employee or click the pencil icon✎ beside the Profile section.
- Edit their info and select Done.
Making this change will affect the employees taxes since they're now in a different province. The tax calculations are applied automatically after making the address change. Give this is a try and let me know how you make out. I'll be on standby.
