I need technical help with connecting my bank account to QB... it is giving me a 102 error message despite confirming successfully via both my RBC app and text message.

Hello anthony-efforcel,
Welcome to Community! Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to update your transactions automatically, so your accounts remain balanced and up-to-date. When there is a disconnect, it can be rather concerning and put a damper on your day. I'd be happy to help!
If you haven't done so already, I suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. Use the shortcut keys on your keyboard to open a private browser:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
- Press Command + Shift + N for Safari.
I also recommend clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance and web page loading times, or try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
If you experience the same outcome, please contact us outside of Community. We'd be happy to look into your situation in more depth, and escalate it for further investigation if necessary.
Should you have other questions or concerns, feel free to reach back out. We would be happy to help!

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, you need a workaround for the time being.
