The client letter does not indicate if the newcomer is entitled to GST or Trillium or Carbon tax credit.
How can I change it. A husband is living here for few years, wife came in June 2024. They both have low income and both should be entitled to a combined benefits but the joint letter only shows the husband's trillium, CCR and GST amounts as if he was single.
