despite selecting 2024 as default file, environment keeps changing to "last file used"
no warning on claiming senior's property tax grant for those older than 64.

It might be the greenpoint registry that is corrupted, or the settings , I recommend that you call our support helpline and and they can help you with this.
Let them know also for the senior warning missing and they can open a ticket
