Occasionally Profile will print a joint client letter showing BOTH spouses receiving Ontario Trillium Benefit, eventhough I have filled in the ONBEN form for only one spouse. The OTB should only go to one spouse...how can this be corrected?
i had this happen to two of my clients. apparently it is correct. one gets the sales tax credit for both and the other one gets the property tax credit. not sure why this happens but it does. i haven't had anything happen from cra when they file. strange. hope this helps.
