Ontario Trillium Benefit duplicated for spouses
Occasionally Profile will print a joint client letter showing BOTH spouses receiving Ontario Trillium Benefit, eventhough I have filled in the ONBEN form for only one spouse. The OTB should only go to one spouse...how can this be corrected?
