Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

I agree with Fiat Lux - Asia. Private browsing disables the browser extensions and stops the cache from saving your search data. If you're able to open your account, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If still not, please contact our Support team to check this further.

2. Click Help Signing in to your Account.
3. Scroll down and click Message Us.
