Do you know of an app that creates a Stripe bank feed like the Paypal one? I use PayPal and Stripe, all orders are synced to QB via MyWorks but how do I match them?

Hello,
If you have your real bank connected to QuickBooks, you can try to use third-party apps to create matches in the bank feed automatically. For example, you could test the Synder app. It automatically records payments from Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors and e-commerce systems as sales receipts in QuickBooks, keeping all necessary details. It also creates an expense for the fee charged by these platforms. Once your PayPal or Stripe transfers funds into your real bank, the app does the same but in your books - it records a transfer from the clearing account into your Checking. As the result, you have the "Match" button in the bank feed come up automatically, so there is no need to categorize each transaction individually. You just need to click on "Match" and you are ready for reconciling your accounts.
