Login as Primary Admin and Navigate to Billing and Subscription menu. How much is your bill?

Make sure you are not using QB Online US version. If your company is located in the UK, you should purchase QB Online  UK version.

You have to use an importer tool to import JE into QB Online US version.

Hi PVH1 The article that you posted relates to UK products and we support UK customers. As far as we understand it's not possible to import journal entries into the US products.
