Other Questions
Thank you for following the instructions provided by my colleague, Steve.
The QuickBooks Self-Employed sign-on page may hang up due to these reasons below:
- An issue with the internet connection.
- A problem with the server.
- Too much cache stored on your browser.
I tried to access my QuickBooks Self-Employed sample account and was successful. I looked for ongoing investigations but found nothing similar to yours. Have you checked the status of your internet connection? Any information can assist me in determining the root cause of this problem.
In the meantime, you can try using your mobile browser to access your account. Open a mobile web browser and use the link provided by Ashleigh1 to access your account.
If the issue continues, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Self-Employed Support. They have the tools to check your account and open a ticket for further investigation.
Here's how:
- Select Assistant from the top bar.
- Ask general questions like unable to login.
- Enter Talk to a human and select I still need a human.
- You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.
- Choose if you'd like to Message an agent or Get a callback.
Furthermore, you can also download and install QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app. You can use these links to get them:
