It's no problem at all, I would advise you full read the 3 links I sent to you as it has all the information you need on them.  We acknowledge what you are saying, but management have decided that now this is the only way to move over, we have passed on all customers feedbacks to the team.  We are sorry to hear you feel this way and are thinking of leaving us to go to another software.
