Creating a recurring transaction refresh button to restore all items at once or to update all recurring details by bulk isn't currently possible. With this, I'll ensure you can send feedback so your idea is forwarded to the Product Development Team.
I encourage you to send feedback about having the option to change all articles in all unscheduled templates. Any recommendations are sent to our engineer for consideration in future updates. To do so, choose the Gear icon at the top and Feedback. You can then, enter your comments or product suggestions and select Next to submit feedback.
Additionally, please know that all suggestions are being considered by our product engineers based on the volume of requests and their influence on the user interface before they are implemented.
You can also visit our Apps center, so you're able to see hundreds of apps that you can integrate into QuickBooks. This way, it'll help you create a recurring transaction refresh button to refresh all items at once.
