Hello there, @Jbr2. We've got an update about an unknown vehicle showing inside QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
Upon checking here in our system, there's an ongoing issue with vehicles popping up in customer's vehicle lists inside their company. Our Engineers are aware of it and are currently working on the troubleshooting. We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can add you to the list of affected users, and you'll receive an update once a fix is available. These are the steps:
- Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
- Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
- Select which way you want to connect with us.
- Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
- Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.

In the meantime, you can edit the unknown vehicle that shows in your list and have it set to no longer in used. Here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Self-Employed company.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Vehicle info.
- Click the Mercedes 250 GLA.
- From there, select the Vehicle no longer in use button.
