I shouldn't need an importer tool. A csv file is as basic as it gets and if I didn't know how to create one properly I wouldn't have managed to import hundreds of bank transactions that had to be created by me manually on Notebook.
No, despite promises by others on here to find a solution I just see this issue being regarded by all as "somebody else's problem...."
In the mean time I've been led up the garden path by what I now recognise is nothing short of an uncaring and misleading organization which actually has no intention of rectifying issues regards Invoice data imports because it might actually involve an act of genuine problem solving by conversing with the very IT people who set up this software.
After the very many hours of my life wasted against the blatant lies contained within the misleading instructions regarding Invoice data imports I am left feeling pretty short changed. It leaves a terrible taste in my mouth and I suspect there is always the likelihood that QB's competition are just as indifferent and misleading themselves. It's the world we live in nowadays. It's looking like I'm stuck with the expensive Invoicing software company I was so hoping to leave.
This software is probably fine for people who are using it as their first online business platform but I despise how it pretends to cater for those with years of Invoices on an alternative platform wishing to import their data to QBO.
