Hello Petal

 

Could we ask you to try clearing the cache on your browser do the splits pick up?

 

If not could you provide an example of a rule this is happening with a screenshot?

 

We have spoken with our Self Employed product engineers and we do not currently have any reports of this issue so we would need a screenshot in order to escalate this further.

 

If you do not feel comfortable adding as an attachment you can send us a PM/DM to QuickBooks UK via Twitter or FaceBook with the header banking rules not applying
