First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for their help. I'm humbled.
I have taken the company file and opened it in a trial version of QB2019 for Mac. I verified the file, but was directed to rebuild. Did that, then exported it to QB for Windows. Saved on external.
I went into QB 2022 (Windows) on PC and opened the export. It asked to update the file. At this point, it keeps getting stuck at 56% and then eventually I get the error code (-1,0).
I'm not sure what to try next.
