I don't see a third party app that would convert those credit card transactions to desktop. However, customers should not have to use a third party app to completely download their QBO file. I understand the other conversion limitations, but a conversion issue that results in incomplete transaction history shouldn't be one of them. The file is essentially worthless when it is sent to an auditor or accountant for review.
