How do you cancel the subscription once you have it?

Login to your CAMPS as Primary Contact to cancel any subscription related to QB Desktop.

but i no longer have a desktop version. it was switched to online

Even if you don't run QB Desktop on your machine anymore, they still assume you still need the subscription until you cancel it.
