Since QuickBooks isn't accepting your password, I'd recommend resetting it.
Here's how:
- On the Company Login window, click I forgot my password.
- Choose an email from your drop-down list, then hit Next. If you don't see the account's email, pick Don't see your email in the list above?.
- You'll receive an email with a token to reset your password. Since emails can sometimes be routed to the email's spam and junk folders, be sure to check these locations if necessary.
- Enter the token from your email in QuickBooks.
If the password reset doesn't work for you, you'll want to initially double-check your info. Confirm there's no typos and that the data matches what's in CAMPS.

If you still need help getting into the account, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
