I am the CFO for a specialty contractor. 30+ field staff, multiple teams, multiple states, 100+ jobs per year. We run on the contractor desktop version, desktop payroll and QB time for time capture from the field. I am looking for a program that bolts onto QB that has a CRM program to capture more customer details, a scheduling program that will show our backlog of open sales orders on a screen (similar to a gant layout), an estimation program to add in estimated job cost then as POs and time is booked, run actual vs. estimates in live time. Has the field time clock program, push out documents, templates to the field guys. It can be a non QB program but it has to move customer lists, payroll/service item lists and time back and forth the same way QB time does now. I am now looking at a third company and I haven't found this yet, can anyone point me in the right direction?
