If QBWC is configured to "Always allow access even if QuickBooks is not running", does a user license need to be available for it to access the company file? For example, if I have a 2 user license for Quickbooks Enterprise and two users are actively logged in, can QBWC still connect (assuming it's set up on a 3rd workstation) without one of the users having to log out?
