Thanks for sharing a screenshot of your pop-up message. Based on that, you'll need to set a password for your company file to continue exporting the receipts from Epson Scanner to QuickBooks.
Please know that setting a password is essential to ensure that only authorized users can access your data. I'll show you the steps:
- Go to the Company menu, then, select the Setup Users and Passwords tab.
- Click the Set Up Users., then select Admin and click Edit User in the User List window.
- Enter the name of the administrator, then click the Challenge Question drop-down arrow.
- Choose a question, and then enter an answer in the Challenge Answer field.
- Click Next and then Finish.
