Anyone else have a problem with Intuit on getting inactive employees who were main admins switched over to new employee(s)?
I have been at my company for over a year now and I still can't get an old employee/email address updated to mine. I have sent in incorporation papers, licenses and everything else they asked for yet the old employee is still the main admin and they still send email to her now defunct email to ask her permission for me to access QB?!? SMFH, is this how they run their business normally? Sad state of affairs if you ask me. I'm rady to go to another accounting software company.
