I did call customer service and the agent was not helpful what so ever. She told me I would be locked out and would not be able to see anything. I asked if I could just continue to use what I have and enter everything manually without bank feeds and she said no. I need to re-subscribe and I asked why if it is obsolete 1/31/23. It was a conversation where I could barely understand her and I felt she did not understand me and was reading some script. Very frustrating.
