Other questions
It's a pleasure to have you in the Community today, @BT1101. Now that I'm here, I'll point you in the right direction to get this sorted out so you can continue to use a 3rd party app with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
While the Community can provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to certain questions, there are certain things that only our Intuit Developers can provide specific information regarding your concern.
We have a separate forum where you can interact with the developers, product experts, and engineers about software, QuickBooks API concerns, Product integration, or developer license-related questions. That said, I encourage posting this question to our Intuit Developer Community. They have the tools and resources available to assist you in resolving your concern. Here's how:
- In your browser, type this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/
- Choose your QuickBooks product.
- Click the Ask a Question button.
- Press Sign In.
- Enter your Intuit login credentials.
Also, you can consider accessing your account through a private or incognito browser. As Fiat Lux - Asia suggested above. Performing this lets us rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.
Once you're able to get through and continue the integration in an incognito browser, you can clear your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. See this article for more information about the process: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Also, if it's alright with you. Feel free to attach a screenshot of the error that you encounter in the process of integrating QuickBooks to a 3rd-party app. This way, we can provide you with a suitable solution to your concern.
In addition, here's an article to help you manage payments in your QBO account: Take and process payments in QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Payments.
You can also check this page to learn how you can track the money moving in and out of your QBO and banking account: Track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online.
