If you've been locked out of your account and received the following message: Too many invalid attempts, account is locked out for 15 minutes, let's try logging in again with a phone number, email, or user ID after 15 minutes.
In the event that you forget your sign-in information, enter the email address associated with your QuickBooks account. Intuit will send a one-time code to that email to access your account. Otherwise, enter your phone number, and we'll send you a one-time code via text.
