This pop-up window appears every time I start QBD, telling me my annual subscription is nearly up, and that I should migrate to QBOnline. How do I disable this? Yes, there is a little check box that says 'Please do not show this message again.' But like in most other things involving this software company, QB doesn't listen. The ad keeps popping up. (It's more than a mere annoyance; the ad actually hinders another program from communicating with QB.)
Furthermore, QB, I will never use an online based accounting software system. I sometimes like to work in coffeeshops, and there is no way in hell I would use online accounting over public wifi. And sometimes I like to just be offline, on my laptop, somewhere.
