If your QuickBooks Online Plus subscription is less than 60 days, you have the option to purge your account. This deletes all data entered into the company and you're unable to restore or reverse them.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account as an admin.
- Look at the URL in your browser's address bar. Delete all the text and enter this web address instead: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
- To confirm you want to delete your company data, enter Yes.
- Select OK, then Wipe data.
On the other hand, if your account is 60 days older, you'll need to cancel your current QuickBooks Online company and start a new one.
