I've checked here on my end. I found out that the feature you're trying to access unavailable. I can help you send a feature request to our Product Development Team. This way, they'll see your feedback and consider adding it to the next product update. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon.
- Under Profile column, select feedback.
- Enter a brief description of your feature request.
- Once done, press Send.
