Unfortunately I do not have the Bill Pay button in my menu tab. I've looked in "All" (not shortcuts), and it's not under Money Out category or anywhere else. I've looked on my phone and my tablet.
To clarify, I don't want to make bill payments with QBO. I want to record the bill payments I've made.
