Let me help you reset the password to get back into your company file, SaveAg.
You can start by opening QuickBooks and updating the password from there. The Automated Password tool isn't usable for you since it isn't compatible with QuickBooks Desktop 2020 or newer.
I'll show you the steps to keep going.
- Open QuickBooks and your company file.
- Click I forgot my password on the sign-in screen.
- Select an email then select Next. We'll email you a token to reset your password.
- If you don’t see your email address, click Don’t see your email in the list above? and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Enter the token from your email.
