I am also getting these annoying emails. I also cancelled the service because of poor service from my bookkeeper.
I've been on the phone with technical support twice since January 2023 when I canceled the bookkeeping service. However, I am still receiving these annoying emails. Fortunately, I only receive them once a month. I have true empathy for Alex.
I desperately want these emails to stop. Please help!
