Hey - listen up closely everyone who has this error code. My problem is 100% solved. It was malware that was placed on my machine. The window that pops up when you get the error code is part of the malware. The phone number on the window that it says to call is part of the malware. If you call that number - you are calling those who placed the malware on your machine! They tried to sell me support that was several thousand dollars. The phone number of Intuit's fraud line is [removed]. I spoke with this phone number, they pointed me to the files to delete of my machine, and once I did that I have been working in my QB just fine.
