It didn't work quite the way you described, but it was enough for me to be able to figure it out! Thank you for replying! I hadn't really expected a response, so I hadn't even checked this until today!
I don't like to bother people, so I've always used the Help function previously. I used to be able to access the Help Index right within the app, but apparently that is no longer available...or is it, and I just can't find it?
