I am already the primary admin for our QuickBooks Online system.

 

The problem is with the verification phone numbers in the payroll module.

Neither of the phone numbers is valid. 

 

I poked around and found where I could request an additional phone number be added. 

I requested that my phone number be added and submitted the request along with the 

the required government issued ID. I think I am supposed to get a resolution to my case within

2 days.

 

If I can get a my phone number entered as a verification phone number, I should be able

to make the other changes that we need.

 

Is there anything else I can do at this time?
