If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Support Team. They have tools to identify and examine what hinders you from logging in to your company. Please follow the steps below:
- Proceed to the Help menu, then select Talk to a Human.
- Enter a short description of your concern, then press Enter.
- To connect with our live support, click I still need a human.
- Choose the Get a callback option.
