I need to ask you for help with two questions I have:
1- I have a contractor who made a personal expense (meals) with my company's credit card and wants to return what he spent in cash. If I want to register this return with a bank deposit, under what account is this deposit of money registered? Meals?
2- I had a contractor that I gave money to and he no longer works with me and I realized that he kept $100 that I gave him. Under what account is this loss recorded? Uncategorized Expense or Bad Debt?
