Moving forward, since this is already causing interruptions in your business workflow, you can turn this off by following these steps:
- Open your QBDT account, then go to Edit.
- Select Preferences.
- On the left-side panel, choose General.
- Click My Preferences.
- Tick the box next to Turn off popup messages for products and services.
