This is the same answer I get quarterly. However for the 3d quarter someone from your team was able to fix and move the filling back to the “action” section. And yes, I filed the 2d quarter manually myself.
so for this reporting period you suggest I do it manually again and you are acknowledging that you have never fixed the problem I have been experiencing?
