I feel exactly the same way. Its disgusting. I, too, work in a very small business, 2 employees and have been forced to "upgrade" to QB online after using desktop products for 24 years. When talking to sales initially, I told the representative ONE very simple feature (tracking CLIENT expenses) was absolutely essential to the business. She said no problem & sold me the product(s)-multiple because we have 2 accounts. I went through the over-complicated data migration, etc only to be told by the person helping me set up the QB online account that the ONE feature I needed was not available on the basic QB online accts...I would need to upgrade. Absolutely not. I've been a bookkeeper for over 25 years...I'll go back to a spreadsheet & a pencil before I pay any more money to Intuit/QB.
