To check and print your payment details in QBO, let's utilize the Pay bills menu and follow the steps below:
- Click the + New menu, then select Pay bills.
- Select the accurate payment account if you're ready to pay the bills. Then, customize the Payment date.
- Tick the bill you want to preview or print. You can also modify the Filters ▼ dropdown accordingly. Then, click Save and print.
- By choosing Save and print, you'll be routed to the Print Checks page.
- On the Print Checks page, select Preview and print.
- You can either Download, Print, or close the Print preview by clicking the X button.
