Upgrading Desktop 2021 to desktop 2024. Received error message WER fault. Computer restarts immediately. Tried a few times. Same results.
Uninstalled version 2021. Rebooted. Tried to install with same error message.
Last time used QB Desktop Manager. Same results.
Any suggestions?
