We appreciate you finding a solution to why you can't use the Platinum features, GENUSER. Let's work together so you can enjoy the updated property that comes with your upgraded plan.

 

There is a possibility that the features that come with the Platinum subscription did not sync in yet to your account. It must be the reason why it stays as if you're still on the Gold plan.

 

This said, let's refresh your QuickBooks properties by signing out and logging in again with your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks.
  2. Select the Company menu. Then, choose My Company.
  3. Click the mini dropdown arrow beside your email account on your My Company page.
  4. Hit Sign out.
  5. Sign in again with your email.

 

If the features are yet to be updated, please try closing and then re-open QuickBooks. However, if the issue persists, try uninstalling and then re-installing your QuickBooks.
